Yesterday, we took the first step of the long journey. We had a full house (get it?) of Noen, Vy, Chris, and Deej. Hac helped me teach which made me pretty happy because I had some concepts I know I did not do a great job explainin. Also, we were able to focus on the students a lot better.
We went over the concepts of EV, Odds (pot and implied) and more in-depth into preflop play. I gave out a handout with a chart of the specific hands to play from each position.
