3/31 Hands. Starting over lower until I'm a winner. 3/6
  • Hand one: AK call RR IP
    • Called IP, This has to be standard, just making sure. I don't think he folds much here, but even against a set I have a ton of outs i guess.
  • Hand two: Turn Play: AK hit FD on turn
    • Here I want to know what the Ideal line is. Is it C/R AI? Check/Call, or bet/call?
  • Hand Three: River value-bet/fold?
    • After this had I was pissed because he knows that I have a Q here a lot, so he shouldn't check/raise bluff on the river. THis is a horrible call, right?
  • Hand Four: Hand reading to determine call/fold
    • So on the flop he can have (in approximate order of frequency: Spades, Pair, OESD, Gutty. Turn he can have the same, except I would rule out pair for the most part except for maybe a Ten. By the river 67, 7J, JQ hit, but spades still missed. He might also bet a Ten for value. Is this a clear fold?
  • Hand Five: Fold flop with player behind to act?
    • This seems rather clear-cut to me after I see it after. This is a fold on the flop, right? On the turn, as played, I don't think I can let this go.
  • Hand Six: Note to self to RAISE WITH THE NUT DRAW. IN THIS CASE IT WINS TEH MONIES
  • Hand Seven: Should I still show aggression with such a small bet?
    • Here the flop Cbet is small, but the pot is big. Should I be check/raising to about 145 here to maximize folding equity and go with the hand? My determining factor in calling is that I was getting such good odds w/o even considering FE. Although I know its harder to get value OOP, the flop bet just screamed that I should call. Check/raising here makes me commit a ton of monies if he 3bets over the top, and I'm never better than 42ish% if that is the case. Another option is that I could Check/call and then lead strong on the flop. Either way, this way that i played left me embarrased and losing to high card ace.
  • Hand Eight: Line check on turn and river
    • Here I decided to check behind on the flop due to get value from worse in the future since I beat no Ace. Turn I checked behind because I know that a King is in his range and I would hate to see a check-raise. RIver i felt it was time to extract value from a PP. But he c/r AI. This is a clear fold IMO, however, was it played correctly to that point?
  • Hand Nine: I have to stop thinking about hands incorrectly
    • This is a complete disaster. ANd I wonder why I lose. Here I'm thinking that he will never fold. That may be the case, who the fuck cares?!?!?!?! The way I played it is atrocious. I am more than 40% to win against almost any hand, and if I even have a smidgen of Folding Equity then this is a good play. STOP DOING THIS GARBAGE, SHOW SOME BALLS!!!!
  • Hand Ten: I think I c-bet too many hands, also, river bluff catcher?
    • Should I be checking this hand more times than not? I don't think it makes TOO much difference, but I think this might be -EV. Furthermore, as played, is this a good attempted bluff catcher? On the floip he can have Spades, J, T, 5, Straight draws. Turn he can have T, J, Spades, Straight draws minus 89. River he can have a Jack, Spades, 5, or missed QK or AQ or 9Q. Does this warrant a call? Or is it just player dependent?
  • Hand Eleven: Do I just give up to the shorty on the turn?
    • It's obvious that I should fold to a river bet. Is my flop bet correct after the original raiser checks? What should I do on the turn?
  • Hand Twelve: Should I be betting the turn here?
    • The pot is a good size for me to steal. However, I knew that I had a 30ish% of drawing successfully against anything other than better hearts. He has an ace shere a lot and that's never folding, but his range definitely includes pairs below KK.
  • Hand Thirteen: Value bet
    • This is a good value-bet right? I have to second-guess everything at this point.
  • Hand Fourteen: Should I be betting the turn for value?
    • I would hate to see a raise here on the turn, but I think Iprobably get value from a fair amount of hands. Is betting 80 on the turn here more ideal?
  • Hand Fifteen: Should't I be three-streeting this everytime?
    • I think that He has 56 here as well as a Q as well as PP b/t 7 and J a lot here. Shouldn't I follow through on the river almost always?

MORE HANDS TO COME, but this will suffice for the 3/31 session
